A personal success!

Our gym, that we own with some friends, is growing! We just added 1,000 square feet to our already exsisting location! We are so happy!

Lauren: Happily married and the proud mother of a beautiful little girl! Part Owner and Trainer at CrossFit Solano- Looking to raise a little fire breather of our own. Using this as a way for friends and family who are close to our hearts, but not close in proximity to check in on us. I also plan to start adding workouts I follow during pregnancy and after.
