Willing to take suggestions...

I have been sleeping horribly~ I have tried everything "What To Expect When You're Expecting" says to do about leg cramps, but nothing is working. I am working out, drinking tons of water (haven't had soda or coffee since July '09), taking vitamins and eating kiwis (potassium). I woke up 7 times last night with cramps!! Help!!

  1. I tried to post this yesterday but it didn't go through... Try calcium supplements. They cured my leg cramps! Citrical makes a good supplement with added vitamin D to help absorb. My OB/GYM told me to get calcium citrate (not carbonate) because it absorbs better. Hope that helps! Just be consistent in taking them so the cramps won't come back. You can also chew some tums (they've got lots of calcium in them!)

  2. Thanks Krystal! I will try out the extra calcium; luckily the 2 past nights I have had no problems.
